DEPARTMENT OF STUDENT LUNCH SERVICES · THIRD-PARTY RESOLUTION
The students can't pay.
Apparently, they're children.
After extensive review, we have determined that demanding repayment from elementary school students is unlikely to produce meaningful results. We are asking adults to intervene.
01 / IDENTIFY
Review a delinquent account.
Examine one of ten students who continue purchasing lunch without producing a pay stub.
02 / INTERVENE
Assume a cafeteria tab.
Choose $3.25, $5, $10, or another amount. The student has not volunteered a more viable repayment strategy.
03 / PROVIDE REAL HELP
Support school meal access.
Real contributions support The Everyday Help Foundation's school meal assistance program. They do not pay a named fictional student's account.
THE ACTUAL PURPOSE
The joke is on the system.
Not the kids.
School meal debt is a real problem across the United States. The accounts on this website are satire; helping children get lunch is the reason this exists.
